System Features

• Multiple-school feature allows you to work with several schools on one computer.
• Security feature allows password use for each school & restricts access to other programs on your computer.
• On-Line help answers your questions about the Our School Bank program.
• Logo files can be can be displayed on the Teller Session screen.
• Accounts can be closed and/or purged, individually or as a batch, at year end.
• Closed accounts can be reopened, for returning students, the following school year.

Administrative Features

• Student and homeroom records can be created, changed and deleted, as needed.
• Current account status can be viewed or printed at any time.
• Student statements can be printed, either individually or as a batch, at any time.
• Check printing allows account balances or specific dollar amounts to be printed on laser or dot matrix checks. Check withdrawal transactions are automatically posted to student accounts.
• Extensive reporting options are available to provide a complete "paper trail" of all types of transaction history.
• Student information can be exported to facilitate mail merges and envelope/label printing with a word processing program.
• Interest can be calculated and posted to student accounts if funds are being deposited to an interest bearing account.
• Administrative features allow transactions to be added, changed or deleted after a teller session is closed.
